Beginning with Workstation 3.3, users can quickly exclude and include positions from tab Totals without modifying the position Qty.
This is achieved by selecting or deselecting the check box to the left of the symbol.
For example, the Position Pane below contains 3 positions:
1 Buy ES March 1300 strike,
1 Sell ES March 1305 strike, and
1 Sell ES March 1315 strike.
Below, the 1305 strike has been unchecked resulting in this position to be excluded from Totals and Analysis Pane.
Then, the 1305 strike is checked & the 1315 strike is unchecked. The 1315 strike is then excluded from Totals and Analysis Pane, while the 1305 strike is included.
Unchecking a position in a Position Tab will also uncheck the corresponding position from the Summary Tab(s).
