Rays

A ray is used to mark the trends in which markets are moving. The difference between a line and a ray is that a ray has two pivot points, and automatically extends indefinitely to the right.

When a ray is drawn, two "grab bars" are placed at its pivot points. To change the position of the ray, click on the object to select it, place the cursor on one of the grab bars, and drag it to the desired position.

To move the ray, position the cursor on it (the cursor changes to a hand). You can now drag it to a new position on the chart.

Ray Properties

You can change the color and the line width properties of the ray tool. To access the properties, select the ray and right-click.
