Inserting Additional Options, Creating Custom Strikes and Duplicating Rows/Positions

Users may add additional options to their position page as well as create their own custom strikes for addtional analysis.

Inserting Additional Options

You can insert addtional options for the currently displayed month by incrementing the number of strike via the toolbar, or you can directly type in the option that you are looking for. Additionally you can also enter options from different delivery months.

To create an empty row use the insert option on the context menu:

You can then directly type in the option symbol you are looking for, either for the currently displayed month or any month of your choosing.

Inserting a Custom Strike

You can also define custom strike values to analyze potential risk scenarios that may not presently be available.

In order to create a custom strike value, the Strike column must be present on the Position Pane. You can then highlight the strike cell you which to change, and directly type in a different strike value.

Duplicating a Row

The duplicate row option is very useful when you need to compare similar positions with different variables. You can find the Duplicate Row option on the context menu. Once a row is duplicated you can change any of the parameters of the row and compare it to the results of the original to assess risk under different conditions.
