After selecting a US or Canadian Equity symbol the Regulatory Filings tab brings up 2 tabs.
via EDGAR, the Electronic Data-Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system, which performs automated collection, validation, indexing, acceptance, and forwarding of submissions by companies and others who are required by law to file forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Which has forms available via web browser, original form, Word, PDF and Excel.
There is also a Search by Ticker or Company name available on the page.
Clicking on the tab marked SEDAR (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval ) launches the SEDAR website in a separate browser window.
Click on the Letter of the company for which you wish to obtain SEDAR data. Consult the SEDAR site help link for further assistance with this 3rd party website.
