To position the Snap Quote bar, right click on the Snap Quote title bar
To move the Snap Quote bar up, click the Move Up option. To move the Snap Quote bar down, click on the Move Down option. The greyed out option indicates the current status of the ticker. If the Snap Quote Bar is at the bottom of the page and there are Tickers directly above it and also at the top of the FutureSource window then it will take several applications of Move Up before the Snap Quote Bar will be at the top -first it will be directly above the ticker that is near the bottom, then it will be below the ticker that is at the top, then finally it will be above the top ticker.
If the Snap Quote Bar has become hidden it can be brought back with the View Menu.
