Workspace Layout

When the application initially opens, the top of the page looks like this:

The top line of options is the menu bar (for example, File, Edit, View, Utilities, and Help). It also contains Symbol Search fields.

The second line contains the window option buttons (for example, Watch List, Chart, or Futures Option). The buttons displayed depend on the entitlements purchased.

The third line is the ticker quote. This is a streaming line of quotes. This information can be modified and repositioned.

The fourth line is the Snap Quote line. Use this line to restore the last saved version of you workspace, to link or unlink the Snap Quote from the windows that populate the page and/or workspace, and to view current market information about a specified symbol. The Snap Quote information can be changed and the Snap Quote can be repositioned.

The workspace is made up of all pages that have been defined in the FutureSource application.

At the bottom of the page, is a group of tabs. When a page is added, a new page tab is created.

Click on the tab to open the page.
