Position lines in an OptionSource Position Pane can be set to update in a variety of way. Each line can be updated in a different way allowing the most realistic valuation of an option position. The setting in the Update column determines how the ($)Value, ($)P/L, ImpVol, ($)Delta, Gamma, ($)Theta, ($)Vega, and Rho columns are updated and calculated.
There are multiple methods to change Update settings on a per row basis, and one way to change all rows at once.
Changing an individual rows update settings
1. Single left click the update cell and a drop down menu will appear to choose from
2. When the update cell is in focus, you can use the keyboard to quickly change between update modes:

U | User Defined | Any value that you choose; the value column becomes available for direct edit |
I | UserIV | a theoretical option premium calculated on the volatility level in the ImpVol column; the ImpVol column becomes available for direct edit. |
3. Right Click the row and select Update Mode:

1. Right Click the column heading label, and select Update Mode. This will change all rows to the selected mode.
