If Show Settings Before Print is selected the print dialog box will open when a print job is started. Fill in the printer details, number of copies, etc.
Shrink to Fit Page will ensure that the resulting printout of a chart or list is restricted to a single page.
Printer Friendly Colors will change colors so they will look better on a black and white printer
Use Screen Colors can be used for color printers, but light text on dark background may not be very legible and will use a lot of ink.
