Compress or Expand the Price Scale

You may compress or expand the price scale using either your mouse or the arrows on your keyboard.

 

To compress or expand the price scale using the mouse

 

  1. Position the cursor in the price scale at the side of the chart.
    Note    : The price scale is highlighted, and the cursor changes to a double arrow.


     

  2. To expand the price scale, hold the left mouse button and drag the cursor to the BOTTOM of the chart.
     

  3. To compress the price scale, hold the left mouse button and drag the cursor to the TOP of the chart.
     

  4. Release the left mouse button to position the data at the new price scale.

   

To compress or expand the price scale using the keyboard

 

  1. Position the cursor in the price scale at the side of the chart.
    Note    : The price scale is highlighted, and the cursor changes to a double arrow.
     

  2. Holding the CTRL key, use the up and down arrows to compress and expand the price scale.
