From the Chart Tools toolbar, click on the Snap tool. 
By default, trendlines and other drawing tools will not snap to bar highs and lows when they are added to a chart. You must first select the Snap tool, then add the trendline or drawing tool, for this to occur.
To toggle the Snap function On/Off
From the Chart Tools toolbar, click on the Snap tool.
