There are many views available for Quote Grids. One view can be set up as Default in Preferences, but all the other ones are available through a pulldown menu at any time
note: Show Chart is a separate setting and can be combined with any of the above Views
When Fields are displayed there is an option at the bottom of the menu to define the fields displayed
